Policies and Conditions.

At Armonía Valle, we are committed to offering you an experience of complete wellness and relaxation.

To ensure optimal service and better organization, please take into account the following policies:
 

Reservations

• Appointments must be booked at least 6 hours in advance.
• To confirm your reservation, we require a deposit of 30% of the total service cost.
 

Cancellations and No-Shows

• If you cancel with less than 4 hours' notice, a 50% charge of the reserved service will apply.
• For last-minute cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the service will be charged.
 

Service Hours

• Regular season: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Summer: 8:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• We recommend being ready 10 minutes before your appointment to make the most of your treatment.

 

Group Services

• We can accommodate up to 6 people at the same time.
• For group bookings, we require at least 24 hours’ advance reservation.

 

Location and Travel

• We offer services at hotels and Airbnbs within our coverage area.
